All cleaning charges are included in the rental price.

All bookings are subject to a 10% Florida tax, $50 processing fee and $500 refundable security deposit. (Seawinds refundable security deposit is $250).

Generally rentals are Saturday to Saturday - Arrival time 3PM, Departure time 10AM.
